With an educational background in Business Administration and Psychology, as well as professional experience in both Operations and Administrative roles, he found a passion for supporting the day-to-day operations of businesses by refining processes and creating long-term and sustainable workflows.

Dylan lives in Milwaukee, WI with his partner, Austin, and their French foreign exchange student, Felix.
